1. General Policy

By subscribing to or purchasing any service offered by HiringTools.co, you acknowledge and agree that all payments made to the Company are considered final and non-refundable, except in certain, explicitly defined circumstances as described below.

Given the digital nature of the product and immediate access to proprietary software, algorithmic question generation, and platform functionality upon purchase or subscription, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • A change in hiring needs or internal decisions.
  • Inactivity or lack of usage.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated questions or platform results.
  • Duplicate purchases or subscription overlap.
  • Errors in judgment, oversight, or mistaken signups.
  • Candidate experience or assessment outcomes.

2. Limited Exception: Material Unavailability of Service

Notwithstanding the foregoing, a user may be eligible for a prorated or full refund, solely at the discretion of the Company, in the rare event that access to the core functionality of the Platform is materially and continuously disrupted—specifically where:

  • The user has paid for a subscription or service,
  • And such user is demonstrably unable to access or utilize any core features of the Platform (e.g., assessment generation, candidate test invitations, or performance reporting),
  • And the issue is the direct result of a persistent, verifiable fault on the part of the Company or its systems,
  • And the Company is unable to remediate the issue within a commercially reasonable timeframe after receiving written notice of the issue.

Refunds, if granted under this exception, will be issued pro rata based on the remaining unused subscription period and shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.


3. Billing Errors and Disputes

In the event you believe a billing discrepancy or technical error has occurred (e.g., duplicate charges or unexpected renewals), you must notify our support team in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction by contacting support@hiringtools.co. The Company will investigate and determine the most appropriate resolution based on system logs, payment records, and user history.

Initiating a chargeback or reversal through your payment provider without first contacting the Company may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to all services.


4. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Certain plans may renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled in advance. It is the user’s responsibility to manage or terminate subscriptions via the platform dashboard before the renewal date.

No refunds will be issued for auto-renewals once payment is processed unless the above exception applies.


5. Termination of Account

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service, or Privacy Policy, you shall not be entitled to any refund, and any remaining service time will be forfeited.
